The customer must fill out the form to make a reservation. Once the booking form is completed the client commits himself to a purchase where a cancellation procedure.
Payment must be made ​​within three weeks after receiving the booking form.  15% of the total amount must be transferred to the bank account of Original surf.
Original Surf Morocco guarantees the reservation only in the case of transfer of the deposit is made.
Without deposit your reservation is not confirmed and we have the right to take other reservations after three  weeks you receive your reservation form.

If you are forced to cancel your booking you must write to Original Surf Morocco immediately. The following schedule determines whether your stay is refundable:

• Cancellation 2 to 4 months before departure date loss of 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellation less than one month the loss of 100% of the deposit.

Original surf morocco reserves the right at any time to cancel your stay. However, in any case, we will cancel your stay less than 6 weeks before departure except for reasons of “force majeure” which include wars, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, closure of ports and airports or in the event that the customer did not pay the price of the stay. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the holiday you have booked, we will refund all monies paid, or offer you an alternative holiday of similar level.
General: We are not responsible for your travel to or from this or expenses, including accommodation travel, subsistence and loss of earnings caused by a delay in starting point, no matter cause.
Airport transfers: It may be necessary to combine, on certain transfers, customers arriving or departing for a flight, which may require more time waiting at the airport or accommodation. Sometimes our airport transfers are assigned to one of our partners.

Original surf morocco’s surfing guides will guide you to surf spots but are in no way responsible for the safety of clients or personal injury or death while surfing.

While staying with Original Surf Morocco, clients are expected to behave in an orderly, acceptable and should take responsibility for the conduct of themselves and their party. If their behavior threatens the inventory or vehicles or seriously impair the enjoyment of other guests, Original Surf Morocco reserves the right to refuse to continue to host the culprit and contractual obligations will be terminated. The offender shall be liable for the cost of damage.

Rent a surfboard or a Wetsuit, the customer must return the equipment in their initial state, in the case of damage, the customer must pay the cost of repair or the cost of damaged equipment.

Clients must have comprehensive travel insurance. Original surf morocco disclaims any liability for any theft, loss or damage to persons or property during their stay. Customers must obtain independent assurance.
